Jill Boyd is the Chief Financial Officer for Urban Atlantic, managing all aspects of accounting, tax, audit, financial reporting, and compliance for the Urban Atlantic companies and more than 130 of its affiliated entities. In addition to overseeing the accounting functions, she is responsible for technology implementation, human resources and risk management.,

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Boyd served as a Regional Controller for CORT Business Services, a company owned by Berkshire Hathaway, where her focus was on consolidated financial reporting and operational accounting for more than 16 East Coast and Midwest operating divisions. As the Controller for a publicly-traded company, Ms. Boyd was responsible for implementing and adhering to internal controls and reporting mandated by the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002 (SOX). Ms. Boyd has leveraged her internal controls expertise to ensure financial reporting integrity at Urban Atlantic.

Ms. Boyd received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and General Business from the University of Maryland, and obtained her CPA from the State of Virginia. Other certifications include Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
